Location & Directions
When leaving Port Elizabeth take the N2 highway towards Grahamstown. Approximately 50 kilometres from Port Elizabeth there is a split in the Highway showing the N2 to Grahamstown and the N10 to Cradock. Take the N2 to Grahamstown.
Follow the N2 for a further 28 kilometres and then turn left at the Kwantu Game Reserve, Eagle's Cragg Lodge and Bayethe Lodge sign onto a dirt road.
Follow the dirt road for 9 kilometres until the road ends in a T-junction. There is a sign for Rippon's Safari Lodge. Follow the sign and turn right.
Follow this road for 6 kilometres, passing through two Kwantu Gates until you reach a signposted turnoff to the Rippon's Safari Lodge, which you reach after 3 kilometres.
Turn left and proceed to the electric gates. Follow the road from the electric gates for almost 3 kilometres and turn right at the Rippons sign and follow the road to the lodge.
